Default Maybe you guys might know, no spark at sparkplugs

I can't start my car. The engine will turn over with no trouble, but when i pulled a spark plug with the wire still connect and tried starting the car - there is no spark. The car was running fine a couple of days ago, its been 2 day since I tried to start it, but today - it won't fire. Could it be a bad distributor?
Does anyone know what might be the trouble?

Yes it could be a bad distributor or maybe just one bad distributor part. Check it out.

might just need a new ignition coil.if u dont know, its located inside the distributor.black box looking thing.ive had to replace a few already.
but try that first its cheaper than replacing the whole distributor.

Well, I got the distributor back in May of this year. Went back, got a new one under warranty, and installed correctly. The car will will not spark. I can't figure it out. I have checked numerous times all the fuses = okay. I'm not sure what happened? Any other ideas to what the problem might be?

check to see if you got power at the coil. you could also do a resistance check on the coil to see if it is good or bad, you could also look into your igniter.

Of course there is no spark if it doesn't have a ground to arc to.

Your block is ground for the spark plugs.

Its running, to all those how care. it was the ACG fuse. I don't think it has a number, but after replacing this one. the car started up. Thanks for all those who helped.
