94 accord lx coupe 5 speed. ok this doesnt happen all the time but while driving normally i will here a scratching sound. sounds like it may be a belt or possably the brakes. when i brake the sound stops. any idea what that might be?

 

check and see if the rotor dust cover is rubbing the rotor...if it is, bend it back out of the way...
