Does it vibrate the hole car ? Why did you think it was the axles ? How are the engine mounts ?

Struts are Kyb 4 ways new. Hasport Mounts. New tires also . Never was this bad till today . Im guessing Autozne axles are kinda like pickin n grab you have a 50/50 chance of getting a fubar axle ?

if the nuts on the clutch presure plate arent to spec and arent tight enough or too tight the clutch wont be seated propery, and it will be fine for a litte bit, but then one day out the blue it will start to vibrate on acceleration,,,then soon vibrate all the damn time

Couple things to look into

Rotors
Dust rings ( you ever take these out during the swap )
Intermediate shaft

Are they old ? Any chance they could be warped maybe ?

wheel bearings would make a grinding sound. the only way you would get vibration due to wheel bearings is if they completely seperated from the hub and teh only thing that was holding the wheel on was the rotor being pinched between the caliper. the detached hub would make a vibration...a bad bearing just makes noise.

My friend had the same problem, it was because they were crap autozone cheap axles. When he put junkyard oem honda axles back in it stopped.
