Tuned a friend's friend, 94 Integra with over 1xxxxx miles;
Stock block, custom pieced turbo (garrett, inline pro, blitz, etc)
6.5 psi = 253.xx WHP!

Depends on what kind of tuning. VAFC or Hondata etc.
I highly recommend him and so do my friends. Many of them including me have gone there and always go home happy.
