Car bogs during acceleration

Car bogs during acceleration
Today when I was drving home my car while accelerating would hesitate to accelerate at about 4k rpms. It would not do it in first but in 2-3-4 it would. It would hesitate for about a second and then go back to reving up normal. I got a deal for my car which is supposed to close tomorrow, but now I have to put it off and get this fixed. <U>Any help is appriciated. Thanks in advance.</U> . Jordan
If it helps...My setup is as follows -> 93 GSR head/91 Ls block, ITR pistons .25 over, Shotpeened ls rods, B16a cable tranny, Clutchmasters Stage 3 clutch, Clutchmasters 7.5lb Flywheel, Cold Air intake, Edelbrock Header w/ 2.5" collector, 2.5" custom exhaust w/ Magnaflow muffler, B&M FPR w/ gauge
