Default Cold Weather Slowing Thing Downs on INtegra?

I notice, when it start snowing and getting VERY VERY cold. I notice the Windshield, Front and Back,... My Power Windows, and SunRoof. Often get stuck or Move VERY VERY slowly.

After I warm up the car, and drive for awhile. It starts to run Normal again.

Is this a common thing? Thanks.

it's probably the weather stripping getting all hard when it's cold. As for the sunroof, when was the last time you cleaned and greased the rails?
