The ITR came in issue 18 or 19 of the manga (comic). It has yet ot be animated, maybe in 4th stage. To my knowledge it's a turbo R

BTW, the ITR is from a racing school with 2 other EK9s

 

It's an advan decal. Tires could be from advan/yohkohama. The wheels are spoon. The car is definately turbo though *has the manga*

 

From what I know the Initial D ITR look alike spoon ITR paint colour car is been out on video. Also in special edition as well. They actually have this model for sell with actual figures that drive the car to go with it.
