anyone ever rebuild a intermediate shaft?

anyone ever rebuild a intermediate shaft?
i pulled the shaft off my diff and the bearing part pulled apart from the shaft at the inner seal. ripped the **** apart....figure its time for a rebuild 
if you have rebuilt one, could you post the difficulties ect? is a press needed? thanks

A press will more than likey be needed, unless your real good with a punch and hammer.
BY the way since you have it apart how about posting the numbers off the bearing, etc.

I just had mine rebuilt by my local machine shop...$20 to install a new seal (91260-sr3-003) and bearing (91057-sr3-008)

seal- 11.20
bearing- 33.38
