Ok guy, did a search, didn't come up with anything relevant to my problem, so here it goes: About a month ago, my car started to vibrate, front passenger side. I thought my tire was falling apart or something like that. Pull over, tires fine, wheel weights fine. Get home, jack up my car, check it out. Couldn't find anything, so I think it's the axle. Take it out, looks fine. Figured it was the retaining clip, so I widened it a little. Put it back in, works fine for a couple of weeks, then comes back, but even worse. As my speed goes up, it gets really nasty to the point where my CD player skips, and my whole dash wants to fly out. I noticed it only happens under accleration AND deceleration, but a little at cruise. I replaced the axle with a new one, SAME ****....
So, could it be a differential carrier bearing? From what I can tell, the rest of my driveline is OK.
BTW, my car is a 90 Civic Si, converted to RHD with a B16, with the SiR suspension...any help is GREATLY appreciated, thanx in advance....

had a similar problem...you should be able to feel the play in the bearing....when the axle is out...you\ll probably be able to move the output shaft (the splined part) up and down
