ok i got a 91 civic and i just finally got the 96' d16y8 runnin thanks to a main relay, but enways it starts fine and idles fine but when u give it gas it just putters and wont rev at all, ive messed with the timing, plugs, plug wires. the ecu is sending codes 3,4,5,10,and 14 does anybody have any idea whats wrong with it

 

Sounds like you moght have some plugs mixed up. Check the color of the wires plugged into your IACV(code 14) on the back of your intake manifold, and on your IAT(code 10) sensor, they both have interchangable 2-pin plugs. You should also check your MAP(code 3 is electronic error,and 5 is mechanical/vaccuum) sensor and TPS sensor, they both have interchangable 3-pin connectors. And you may not have the vaccuum line connected correctly. The code 4 is a distributor issue.
