Would the pinstripe on a crx be paint or a sticker?

 

I think its a sticker but I'm not 100%. If it is all you need a blow dryer and some goo gone

more then likely its a sticker. if you go to an auto store that has paint supplies and that kind of stuff, ask them for an eraser, they are made be 3m and its like a big pencil eraser that goes in a drill. these things are like 10-15 bucks depending on your area but they are well worth it. you take this this thing in a drill and go along your pinstripe and it takes it right off. the best thing about this thing is is doent hurt you paint at all, after you are done just wipe it off and looks like there has never been a pin stripe there before. this is what body men use to remove them and that is whats this thing is meant for. now that i have rambled on for awhile HTH

 

Keep in mind if your pinstripe is 15 years old your paint underneath it will look new and the rest of the car will look faded. So you will still have a phantom pinstripe.

Yeah its a sticker. You can get a pinstripe removal wheel at a automotive paint supply store. They are around 12 bucks. These are like rubber wheels designed not to destroy the paint. They attach to like a drill or mini die grinder. Check it out. Lot better than a razor blade.

3M pefectit 3 rubbing compoud will cure that.

 

Its a sticker but sometimes when the car has been repainted in certain spots or all over, they will clear the damn thing into the paint.
