Default Question for Honda-Tech FI Gurus

I have SRP 10.5:1 slugs...As soon as my manifold gets back from jet coat..I'm putting the T3/T4 57 trim on it....SRP says no Turbo on these pistons...What do you guys think.....Thanks

Tuning is key, plain and simple... if a stock type r motor can be turboed at 10.8 cr on cast pistons, it can be done on forged 10.5's... its a little more leway so to speak, but for heaven's sake, dont skimp on managment

SRP says no turbo b/c they have to cover their *** in case you blow you motor. 10.5 is more risky than 9:1, but it is still doable. Just get it tuned well .. ie Hondata, Autronic, EMS, etc.

I sure as hell didn't do all this research, spend all this time, and all this money and **** myself on tuning. As soon as I install the goodness she is going to the dyno....On a trailer... My friend (SpeedPHreak) is able to make burn chips. Its pretty much equal to a Hondata S100...And my Christmas present is the LM-1 Wideband....So all is taken care of....
