did you happen to try and call king motorsports to see if they could get it? since they are the sole mugen distributor in north america, i would think they could get it.
Edit-If its a "rare" piece, then your best luck will be scouring classifieds on honda boards.

That wing looks very nice. I'm sure KINGMOTORSPORTS can get it, and if not you can always try EBAY.
