i have a 95 accord lx and i notice alot of other accords start to have the rust in the back of the driver side back wheel jw

 

That black fenderwell molding that is attached to edge of the rear fender lip tends to hold water and other road salts against the metal and cause rust. Many Civic hatchbacks that I've seen has rust there too. That's why a owner should try to wash it regularly, especially after it snows.

well i live in snowy mass and we just had about 3 feet so u would imagine how much salt they put on the road and anther think i have a body kit too allthe way around black widow to be exact will that harm it

 

I'm in Mass, too. I've got a spot of rust in that exact place on my '91 hatch.
