wiring question???

Default wiring question???

i need help...i am swapping a b18a into my crx...i need step by step help on doing the wiring...i have a 89 crx si....everything else is done except that....

Well, just use your stock SI harness.
You will notice 2 mismatches:
1) there is an extra sensor on the back of the D16 intake manifold, just leave that
wire unhooked on the B18a.
2) there is a sensor on the back of the B18a that you will not have a plug for, just
leave that unhooked as well, its not important.

You might have to unwrap the harness in a few spots to make it fit. Its a tight squeeze, but it works. If you have any specific questions, let me know.

i have a few questions too, for #1 is that plug only have 2 wires? becuase i too have a plug that i could never find out where it goes..
and for #2 that sencor on the back of the b18a, is it on the b18b too? becuase i didnt have anyother plugs not matching. thanks

The #1 plug does only have 2 wires. You can just leave that wire hang. As for the second, i am not sure about the B18b, but its possible it doesnt have it. (it is an oil temperature switch btw). Also, are you throwing any codes?
