No spark at the coil
I've read some threads here where some ofy ou have been driving and suddenly lost acceleration, the car wouldn't start after that. Mine did a similar thing-i had just pulled out into an intersection from a red, the car "stalled", wouldn't accelerate, and has not started since.
Replaced the rotor and cap, i have fuel, (fuel pump comes on when i turn to ign II) replaced the control module, have a spark at the coil but NO spark at the plugs. WTF is going on here? plugs were just replaced 5K miles ago. There is a spring located on the outside of the rotor cap (i THINK) that is slightly bent that may not be making electrical contact but this is just me guessing. What is wrong that i have no spark at the plugs but one at the coil? PLEASE help me guys, i am graduating from college SAT and i dont really need my car acting like a fool right now.

how aare you checking if the distributor has spark????? your problem is you have a bad coil, With using an ohm-meter check between the (+) and the (-) coil and should have a ohm-reading of .6-.8 if you have that then check the (+) and the finger length peice of plastic with a spring on the top it should be between 1.2-1.6, i forget the exact spec but if you have that (which I think is your problem) then i dunno what it could be
