a metal one. thats what i use....

if you're not autoxing or anything like that than i would reccomend the $15 ones from ebay. There's really not a point to spend $200 for a spoon or dc sports unless you're more worried about what it looks like.

I got the Spoon front and rear strut bars about a year ago. Made a big
difference in handling especially when you push the car to its limits. I got
both on ebay from one guy, used but worth it.

I was trying to install a strut bar today but i found out that one of my strut tower bolts is rounded off....how can i get it off? I dont think a nut splitter will do the trick since it wont fit there in the first place. Grind it off?

neuspeed front, i didnt worry about the rear one, the prelude chassis at the rear has no reall weight and the chassis is pretty strong, so no reason to install the rear.

How about a cusco one?

I have cusco bar for my 3g. Very well made, *very* stiff, rather heavy. It's also welded on the ends, instead of the pivot ends.

The rear bar made a HUGE difference. It's def worth it. I think it makes a bigger difference than the front. Don't get it confused with the rear lower tie bar... it doesn't do much for the reasons you've stated...

I went with neuspeed front and spoon rear.

Hey Joel, I see that you don't have the rubber hood gasket connected in the photo. Did you remove it to get more air to flow though your engine bay?
