Default Changing rear plastic window for glass one???

I don't own a S2000, my boss does. He knows I love cars, especially Hondas. He asked me if it's easy ($$$) to change from a plastic rear window to a newer glass window. He owns a '00 model. Sorry if it's been asked before, I did try the search.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

You will need to buy the whole 02-03 top and swap it on.

It's not that simple. I've read about it on S2ki.com.

Read the how-to here:

I believe there has been a few retro-fits that were done sucessfully, search on the s2ki.com boards for more information.

as mentioned earlier, it has been done, IMO, it's easier to swap the frame and cloth assembly, but it can be done by just swapping the cloth and leaving the older frame on. Expect to pay a good amount for this job to be done. There's a lot of work involved.
