i know this might be a dumb question but what do you all think would be the best comp. ratio on a 01 type r with skunk2 stage 2, skunk2 valvetrain, aem cai, unothordox racing pullies, greddy evo exhaust, and hondata s200 ecu (not installed yet)thanks all

Compression ratio??? I believe you are at 10.6:1

Assuming you haven't changed pistons, head gasket, etc...

cspeed used to have a good calculator

 

What octane are you going to be running? That's what it really comes down to.

 

i always use mobile 93 octane

 

I don't think you want to go over 12.5:1

what have you guys seen the map compression from a mugen HG bump up to?

 

On pumped gas... you can be conservative and go 11.5:1 and just NOS it when needed

If you go on EBAY, there is some guy selling CTR pistons for $260 brand new with rings. I try those out for a while.
