Default ITR motor: N1 crank pulley or stock pulley?

On a JDM ITR motor, is there an advantage using the N1 crank pulley? I don't plan on using A/C or PS. I have also been told not to use aftermarket pulley's with a lightened flywheel. Can anyone give me some insight to this?

if you're not using any of the accesories, might as well throw on the pulley(you mean the CTR single-row pulley-right?)to lose a little rotaing mass.
