will a 94 CX distributor fit on a 00 EX head ?

I know I could switch the wires over , but will it bolt up with no mods ?

ok , so no problems as far as the 3 bolts lining up on the 00 head ...

I know i could make it to OBD1 with no problems , but i wasnt sure about the 3 ears lining up .
