Default Cleaning Intake Manifold

I took the IM off my car. What should I use to get all that **** outta there? It's like thick gunk.

Try some engine degreaser or Super Clean (full strength). Or if you are feeling daring, gas or solvent....just be careful with that stuff.

Carb cleaner Or Simple green.

Definitley use brake/parts cleaner. I had a d16y8 intake mani and it was all gunked up and shitty inside, sprayed the **** out of it with brake cleaner and it looked like new afterwards, just make sure it dry it down good afterwards.

go and buy 2 cans of carburator choke cleaner....
spray the crap out of it and ulls see how clean it gets
