No its an optional one you buy from Honda, and its in Flat black.

For those with money to burn, go to the dealership. I would try junk yards, classifieds, the internet and just paint it flat black. I got mine from a junk yard for $40, it came off a 00 EBP si and I painted it flat black.

Paint will scratch and whatnot, the lip I want is flat black plastic, like the 96-98 SiR lip... only for 99-00's. Heres a pic of one, 2000CX's car:

You can still buy a oem si lip from ? I thought that they were discontinued.

aaaa jdmshit.com might have them, and there not flat black, its just the color of the ABS plastic
