hey i was wonderign if anyone had any pictures umm from either front end or from driver side towards front tire...cuz under the car like the front bumper ders like black plastic hanging from the umm i guess protective cover? and im not sure if that was their before or if when my friend was working on my car he just messed it up lol my explanations real bad but if anyone understood wat i said can u post a picture? thanks its for 99 civic coupe ex
