check out my alignment specs.... does it look alright?

Is the car stock? Those settings are what I would expect if the car is stock.

how do you know what to set your alignment to??? i mean do you bring the car in and have the guy do it or do you guys tell them certian toe, camber etc??? whats the advantages/dis.

actually my car is lowered on ground control's and illuminas and i'm also using an ingall's camber kit.....

Then, I would dial in more negative camber. More negative camber will help the tire stick better on hard turns. Try to have more negative camber in front than back and it'll help you reduce understeer just a little too. I'm using -1.3f/-.075r, but some people use more camber than that. Just keep your toe aligned and you'll be OK with tire wear.
