Spark plugs, What do you have in your car right now?
And what are your mods for anything other then the stock plugs?
If you use something specific please say why.

regular old NGK Rs...i've tried the iridium/platinum crap and couldn't tell any difference, let alone justify the cost.only advantage i can see is the longer lifespan.but, when you consider you can buy about two sets of regular NGKs for the price of ONE of the exotic plugs, you can afford to change them at shorter intervals and still save money.
i run stock heat range NGKs in my beater, and 1 step colder in the turbo motor.
i've seen too many people on other boards rave about the latest $10 a piece plugs and how they felt a huge HP gain.they forgot to mention they're comparing them to the stock plugs that had 80K miles on them.on the dyno, switching from a brand new NGK copper plug to ANY other plug, with evrything else being equal,i'm sure would produce negligible gains.

bosch 4227 plugs.....$1.99 each change them every other oil change.
Most say it doesnt work w/ high compression, but im higher than stock, and got high lift cams, and it does great. Even tested on the dyno to make power at IB.
