Is this a T3 or t4 manifold? Can you use an adapter if t4?

Is this a T3 or t4 manifold? Can you use an adapter if t4?
I found out I have a reverse t3/t4.I am lookin to get a new t3/t4 with a 53 trim and .60 housing. I need to know if this is a t4 manifold or t3. if it is a t4 can i use and adapter for it? Or get a whole new manifold?

Wow, that's one messed up manifold. Cylinders 3+4 are feeding the turbine, while 1+2 will be spent out when the wastegate opens.
