fuel cut problem

00 ls swap in 00 civic dx hatch. Fuel cut off at 4900 rpm? Did obd 2 to obd1 conversion with 95 (p75). conversion was only temporary. Got a new obd2 ecu and i have fuel cut off? any suggestions?
