1990 Accord, heater/blower Fan works intermintently
My heater fan does not work first thing in the morning. I have to bang on the
blower box to get it started. Should I replace the blower motor or the blower relay?

Or maybe the blower speed-control resistor. I'd look for a loose connection somewhere, but you could just replace parts until it starts working.

Your problem is the actual blower motor itself. That is a common problem in the 90-93 series Accords. We run across this all the time now at work. They are about 10 years or older now and just are plum tired out. :D

The hammer is a universal tool, works with everything from cars to computers to difficult people.
