suspension???
I just put the Truechoice Stage 2 kit on my car. It consists of GC coilover kit and rebound adjustable Koni Yellows. The spring rates were 300 front and 350 rear, anything over that would need racing valved shocks. It is well worth the money and performs great.

I would NOT run anything over 500 on bilsteins or konis At a 600lb spring, it won't take long to wear out the shocks..
Morgan's setup is good, there is really no need to go any stiffer unless your actually road racing...

I have the ground control coilovers, just installed them with kyb agx shocks. cant tell much so far but I think Ilike it. I will let every one know how the setup works at the auto x. Igot the KYBs for 350 and the coilovers for 320. I only have 20-30 miles on the coilovers, I didnt finish the work until very late in the morning, and only hand tightened the lugs that night, and the next morning I drove the car about 1.5 miles with the wheels bouncing around on the lug stems. one broke so now the car is at the dealer being fixed, get to pick her up tommorow with all fresh fluids.
you might to go to a higher spring rate with dual adjustable Konis but the man told me that they would not feel comfortable giving me that with tearing down the konis and race valving them. That is kind of stupid to have race valved shocks on a daily commuter. I trust their opinion to they are the providers for Bobby Rahal and Bobby Herta teams along with a lot of top SCCA Pro-Solo drivers. I drove to their shop in Ohio so trust me they got my support with the spring rate decision.
