Most manufacturers sell a seperate TV tuner that picks up local TV channels. Just make your you have the antennas to pick up the stations.

There are some high end units that have all the bells and whistles. 7in lcd screen, dvd player, radio, tv tuner all built into a single din headunit.

Here Ebay links for Pioneer's older model TV tuner.

Pioneer's latest unit comes with antenna.

I had a tuner on my tv. It sucked, when you drive the signal goes in and out. It's not something that I would buy over again.

I'm not sure, I bought it all together. It was a clarion with tv tuner, I had an antenna on my back window for reception.

TV reception is horrible when ever you are moving, no matter what tuner/ant you use. You'll be lucky to get 5 channels even sitting still---but if you must get one, the clarion one works the best
