None of these. It's not an OEM lip, it's aftermarket.
It somewhat resembles the '99-00 Civic Si/Civic Type-R lip, only it's a bit more aggressive. Usually this style is just called a "Type-R" lip.

The owner is a DICK, i sent him a friendly email asking what type of lip it was and he replied that i was a copycat and i should BE ORIGINAL...
