is it worth to get an aftermarket ECU for a 96 ACcord?
If you do stick with the F22, an ECU should be a later upgrade. You want to improve aspiration first (intake, header, and exhaust) and then get a new ECU to take advantage of the improved breathing.
i agree with Escobar...i think that you should get an h22 swap. IMO, these engines arent worth it to try and make them faster.

Figure $2.5 - 4K for the engine/tranny, $1 - 2K for the labor (a lot of people save by doing it themselves), and you should budget at least another $1K for miscellaneous parts and problems.
Well those "drop in" chips are bogus.

If you don't want to throw up the cash for an H22 (although it's definitely worth it!), get an Apex V-AFC... that way play with your VTEC threshold and manipulate your air fuel mixture... it's not the same as having an "upgraded ECU," but it'll be able to tailor your A/F ratio to your modifications...
What in the world is a H22B anyways?

where do i usually find the engine code?
Just to the left of the exhaust manifold/header when you're facing the block from the front:
