how much will it cost for b16 swap 6 psi of boast intercooled with installation for 90 crx

i own a black 90 crx and i want to put a b16 motor in it and also get 6 pounds of boast i am limited with my money only have 5 g

is there any other alternatives for fast performace with 5 g's
