Anyone done it?

I'm just about fed up with my headrest-mounted camera bracket, and am ready to try something new.....

I've seen a lot of people do this. The view might be a bit far back.

 

I have vids from the mount, not that far back, as for the mount I'll get some pics in the morning.
Look for the vids in my sig.

I'm thinking about getting the j's racing c-pillar bar, and want to mount my camera to it.....

I didn't even try to see the vids since I'm on 56k.....

Perhaps just a small pic of how you got the camera to mount to the c-pillar bar?

I've done a lot of in-car video before, with both a .70x wide angle and .42x fisheye.....

here's how i mounted my camera to the c-pillar bar



extremely ghetto

but it's super secure and it works

just a piece of wood with a hole drilled through it, two hose clamps, and a bolt to attach the camera with

 

That is as ghetto as it gets folks!

At least he used multiple materials
