Speedometer problem

Swapped a y8 into 90 si. While driving, sometimes my speedo works and sometimes it doesn't. What should I do about that?

Make sure that the cable didn't come loose as it goes into the VSS. BTW, your cable was kind of munched... could be the cable itself.
