swapping S1 5th Gear

I'll be replacing my 93 B18a tranny with a cable S1 tranny, I just need to know if I can swap my 5th gear to the S1 5th gear? Or do I need to find 90-91 5th gear just to fix the high revving cruise speeds. thx.

Back from 2003...

Only the 90-91 LS 5th gear will work.
