the differnt is that the jdm one has a power folding..
there are about 3 different kinda of jdm civic mirroe for the EF..
non-power......power but non-power folding....and power with power folding...
as for the power window...you need to get the JDm power window setup and and switches..but the motor can be use from the USDM 88-91 civic EX...but you have to have the regulator from the JDM one's...

i thought there is a different on the mirrors on the 4 door sedan. the one on the hatch and CRX have 4 corners on the mirror housing while the 4 door sedan has 3 corners on the housing, like a triangle. Wierd.

Yeah the folding mirrors are very rare now a days. I was lucking to even come by the regular JDM power mirriors and power window set-up. But I have tinkered with the idea of making other power mirrors fit with some fabrication, you just need to get the power mirror switch. I have one, PM me if intersted. It's a JDM, but there is a place for it on the USDM dash.
Secondly, if I recall correctly the USDM power motors will bolt up to the JDM regulators but with the wiring set-up it'll have to be rerouted. In other the words the JDM driver side (right side) has 3 total wires running into the motor itself, and the USDM driver side (left side) has the same wiring set-up; due to the fact that it has the auto up and down when the switch has been depressed for the driver side window only. While each respective passenger side has only a 2 wire motor. The window motors are designed by left side or right side only, and the USMD main (driver side) will not bolt up to the passenger side, regulator at all. The only option that I have came up with is to have the motors rebuilt when they go bad. And or swap internals from the USDM driver side to the JDM driver side motor when you come around to this problem. Sorry if this sounds confusing, but if you installed the power window set-up you'll understand.
Just my input.

i understand what you're saying but i was just refering to as in using the USDM left power motor on the JDM (passenger side regulator). and the USDM right power motor on the (JDM driver side)..you get what i'm trying to say here...
cause if you out the USDM driver side on the JDM driver side of course if won't fit casue it mounted the other way.. vice-versa as to the passenger side.
