Whats a good radar detector.

Whats the best/good radar detector. I want one that when I hear it I can slow down (if im speeding) in a good time and know where cops are at. I figure i would trust experience and opinons better than the box. not looking to spend more than $200 maybe $300 if its good. Thanks

i saw that but its $400.

*edit*...heh saw one on ebay $200 sorry thanks for the motavation. and I went to there site too...I guess it really is the best.

Cop once said radar detectors only tell you when you are getting a ticket. By the time the thing goes off it will be too late.

That cop did not own a v1

Now if that cop uses laser, that comment is very true.
