EM1 is a 99-00 Civic SI so it will fit. EM2 is a 01+ Base Model Civic and would use the DC5 or EP3 Sway Bar.
EK9 CTR Rear Sway is 22mm and is the same as a USDM 97-01 ITR's

is your CTR Rear Sway bar still up for sell? I'll come by and take it off your hands. Since its off of a CTR it will directly bolt onto my 97 Honda Civic Hatch, right?
