PORTFLOW dual valve springs , any good

Are th Bseries Honda dual valve springs and reatainers good/ i want to use a 12mm lift intake cam with them to 8700 rpm , is it safe?

Yep I use them to 9.5k with s2s2 cams and I know many others that do also
