Hey im new so i dont know how to make a poll... but my sister has a 88 crx HF some **** broke in to it and took the pass door panel and center console, carpet, and the drivers door is stuck and wont open .. ok thats the interior.. now the motors cam has been snapped off at the block where the timing gear is.. and she want to sell it for 800.00// do you think i should?? the rex is clean... but i allready have a 90 hatch that isnt running but needs minor **** to get going damn i need to figure this out!

 

Do you think you should what.. buy it? for 800? highly doubtfull we're gonna need pictures to help you judge..

im with jester, how the hell did that happen? that sucks none the less though . I wouldn't buy a non running car with that many problems for 800. Look for another.

 

well the car was bought from a shisty shop in SAC, CA and i think they installed the belt or something wrong.. but either then that dude its all clean... i can prob get it 4 500 .. but still i dont know how much it will cost for a HF head?cans and all..

Im guessing the cam broke where the dizzy meets it, not too uncomon really... A new can can be had for 250, that decent aftermarket not stock... Might be able to find a stocker for under 50

 

Jester88Si first of all your a dumbass! I bought my 91 CRX for 800 bucks and it ran and it was clean! So why in the hell would anyone pay 800 bucks for a car that needed a lot of interior pieces, a new head and maybe even a whole new motor! So go to a corner and kick yourself in the face!!
