no, the 99-00 Si ecu = doesn't start
jdm itr ecu = starts

as in why one ecu starts the car and the other doesn't? *shrugs shoulders*

in that case

99-00ECU = (Bad ECU)
JDM ITR ECU = (Good ECU)

what code are you getting from the ITR ECU?

Check to make sure, i'm not 100% possitive but the 99-00 si ecu may have the imobilizer chip in it. My 2000 ls (p75) had that chip and would do the same thing. Check with honda, and if so you can just take the chip out.

Not sure if this has anything to do with anything but I'm having issues starting my car. It has a JDM B18C OBDI in it with JDM computer. Issue just started but the check engine light's been on since I did the swap almost two years ago. I haven't tried a USDM computer yet to see if it works but methinks there is definitely a difference between JDM and USDM.
