yep, he's right...but you might want to check the bearing, but other than that, all you have to do is replace the studs...good luck

how did u guys remove and install them? i'm going to get a set soon too. and when i put in regular replacements, i had a hardtime! longer ones would sure ruin my day!!! i searched
Pressing them is the correct way, But if you do not have access to a press, i'm pretty sure you can take a 5 pounds sledge and hit them out. and then hit the back of the stud to get them back in
any time you press out the hub you should replace the bearings since the process of pressing the bearing out can mess up the bearing. Or you can take your chances.

What year car? I installed regular size studs by myself. I had to dremel some of the back of the hub off just to barely get the regular size studs in.
I wish I would have just had a shop do it. Would have saved me time and frustration in the long run. I don't beleive the bearings are repackable. So I would recommend that you get new ones. BTW, they're very expensive.
Edit**: To give you an idea of what I did. Here's a pic. I added a couple stuff to the original.
If you have any questions feel free to IM me.

I always recomend replaceing your wheel bearings when you do this i just put extended studs in my car and replaced the wheel bearings might as well do it while your in there kinda like doing a timing belt you might not NEED a water pump but you do it anyways ya know what i am saying? put in new wheel bearings just in case they are damaged which there is a good chance they will be when you pull the hub apart from the spindle
