Racing Harnesses
I have JDM recaro ITR seats, and was thinking about buying four-point harnesses to mount onto my seat brackets, is this bad? I heard that if i dont make the pressure even and dont mount it onto a roll cage or back of the car frame, then i can snap my back if i get into an accident because the harnesses are bolted straight down below the seat?????
Do not install a racing harness unless you have a roll bar or roll cage.

Harness = Cage. One exception would be if you wanted to run them for autocross to stay in your seat, since you are not likely to another vehicle. That's pretty much the intention of the base mounted harness, not for use on the streets, you would still retain your stock belts.
