Default C1 valves VS C5

I was wondering what the difference between these itr valves are and GSR if any at all....just the valves.

Intake valve shrouds on the ITR are larger, dont have an exact size difference on tap, but its only a small amount.

ITR valves are also lighter.

are there any benefits from switchin' to those sk2 high comp. valves? especially on a jdm b18c1 with 11.8 c/r?
