Does this look bad? Can it be saved?

i guess the only thing that would be bad or have to be fixed is the piston and if i wanted to reuse the head i would have to check threads for sparkplug in that cylinder and weld up the gouges in the head?

got an extra engine with 50k this one had 393k on it and it is/was a 96 y7
probably keep oil pan so i can drill out when go turbo and sell the rest of the **** it anyone wants/needs any thing

good thing for the new motor......now try not to put almost 60k miles a year on the new one
