is it possible to put non hid jdm itr projectors into denji housings, and then retrofitting hid bulbs in them? reason is hid projectors are very rare around here. i currently have an aftermarket h4 hids in my stock eg headlights, and the output sucks. i've heard the you can convert the d2r bulb into d2s by merely sanding off the black band. also heard that you just have to knock out one of the shields inside the non hid projector to make it into an hid projector. any thoughts on this?
