ECU QUESTION PR3 or PWO

I know what the PR3 is what is the PWO ecu, is it the same as the PR3

pr3 is 90-1 integra xsi/rsi b16a ecu (there is also a obdI vers. of this ecu)
pw0 is a 90-1 Civic/CRX SiR b16a ecu
