civic coilovers will fit on the integra, but most likely the spring rates will not be ideal. What brand are they?

Not 100% related, but just fyi, I was doing some research and all aftermarket springs I could find made for 4th gen civics / crxs have much higher spring rates than 5th gens (neuspeed, eibach, H&R). I was told this is due to the demand for an all-out application when the 4th gens were hot, and people decided it was a little too all-out, so they toned down the 5th gen spring rates. Just for anyone who doesn't already know and might be interested..

That's the JUN Supra. I have a long 3 min video running at the same track, but I'd rather take the MINE's Skyline over it . Anyways, like someone else said, the Civic spring rates are lower/softer than the Integra rates, and the color/diameter and over all sizing is the same and is totally interchangable. With a brand like Maxspeed (or Aerospeed, Matrix, Focuz, etc, etc, etc), the spring rates are much softer than the Civic-spec springs on Eibach/Ground Control, Skunk, Tein, etc, and give the ride a more smooth and bouncy (over bumps on stock shocks) ride and can sag over time.

to extend this question.. if i use eibach sportslines designed for integra.. which indicates 1.7 drop on the application guide..

how much drop would be expected on EG?? does it become lower like 2.0?? or higher like 1.4??

probably about an inch higher in the front, and about the same in the back, maybe half an inch higher.

i have an eg with 94+ teg coils. it's a stiffer spring rate(bumpier ride for the eg) but that's ok for the track.

I heard that nothing rides like stock springs... but i was wondering, do they make a coilover kit that lowers your car while maintaining a smooth stock ride?

The Tokico kit is pretty comfy. I had it on my old civic, and I never realized how comfotable/soft they were until I put the A'PEXi N1 on my new civic. The tokico is probably the only adjustable ride height "coilovers" with progressively wound springs.
